I was thinking the whole time that my thumb/popping feeling was the differential Mount, rear subframe bushing. But after installing a new Rack & Pinion. The problem went away. I'm thinking it was the worn out rubber that ties the Rack with the clamps. Making this Thread for those who run into this same problem because I went threw a few things before I found it.
