Ringing from steering column under 5 mph. And car stalls at 30mph in any gear at any rpm. Please help. ECU code 44 for RB20DET. cleaned AFM. And check for vac leaks. Please help.

Find where the ringing is coming From. It's the model-CBN 12v relay. Does anyone know what it is for?
