OK .. I searched, or tried to .. not much luck.

I thought there was someone or a source that mfg'd replacement main wiring harness' for our z31s?

If you could point me in the correct direction, it would be appreciated.

You mean the engine room harness or the EFI harness? oemsurplus seems to have some NOS engine room harnesses. I got one to try cutting down to a custom one since I'm not using literally half the endpoints. I've never heard of anybody actually making new harnesses.

Ditto here. I bought an 84 engine harness from oemsurplus in order to replace broken/damaged connectors some years back.
