I haven't been able to find a specific post relating to an issue with my rear speaker covers. Both the wire meshes/fabric and the plastic bases to which they attach are in good shape. The wire mesh slides around the base in a narrow channel. However, they do not stay in position when the plastic bases are snapped on the speaker towers. I thought about possibly using a glue or epoxy but wanted to get some advice from the experts.

I used some copper wire (wire bread ties would also work) and drilled

a few holes in the plastic channel to stitch the mesh to the plastic near the corners.

I avoided using glue as i may want to replace the fabric sometime in the future.

Thanks. Great idea and easy to accomplish. I was reluctant to use glue and hoped (and received) a viable solution.

I appreciate the knowledge and ideas from the Forum members.
