Gentleman, I would like to clean-up/restore the brushed aluminum center console, climate control faceplate and switches. Any ideas? I'd like to have it look as original as possible.

Thanks!

If it's just dirty I would clean everything really well and then get a polish that's safe for aluminum. If the finish has worn off, I'd start looking for someone parting out first.

What condition is your current in?

The plastic "brushed aluminum" interior pieces are a little scuffed and faded. The rest is the interior is nearly 100%. I heard someone on this forum remakes the brushed aluminum peices and remakes a new climate control faceplate.

Had to reach WAAAAAY back in the archives to find this one. Lady who owned this shop had a kid in high school with a Z. Did a group buy for refinishing all the bits and pieces for Z's.
