H have a line on some 245/45/16 Bridgestone Potenza s-02 at a good price.
These are used (75% tread), but at $200 for the set I think i would be kicking myself if i did not try them out.
So my question is, has anybody tried that size tire on a 7" wheel??
1010tires.com tire size calculator recommends a 7.5" wheel, I know a 245/50/16 does fit, but they are recommended for a min 7" wheel.
Am i going to pinch the tire too much??? Too bulgy?? Anyone have pics of that size on a 7" wheel?
The wheels these are going on are 7,16 et+12 so according to zbums site they should work on my car front and rear no issues…
I am currently totally rebuilding the suspension front and rear, new poly bushings, illuminas, and 20mm sway bars, rear camber mod, solid subframe and diff mount.
Thoughts???

im running 245 50's on stock 86 T rims no problem

I have some burnt out 245/50's on there now as well, I was wondering about 45's as this is closer to the stock size, plus the good deal… LOL..

Kevin I think it would be a good idea to purchase them and if they don't work out, advertise them on the classifieds, Kijiji or Craigy (if that's not where you found them) for 450. you'll get at least 375 for them.
I bought my winters for 350, they didn't fit, so I listed them for 400, and sold them for 350.

Ya it's a Kijiji add that has them…
I was hoping someone may have some in site..
I'm going to hook up with the guy this Friday to check them out, then go from there…

I run that exact tire on my 88ss wheels, it fits perfect and handles awesome.

I'm pretty sure that's what I've got on my AE wheels, but in BF Goodrich. I'd go check but it raining, windy, cold so I'll just wait. Great traction in the turns.
