Is having the engine internals; crankshaft,pistons & piston rods coated worth the cost? When building a 600+rwhp vg33

Yes. If you want to go mild just do pistons, otherwise you can have everything done and it will definitely benefit the engine.

Thanks… I probably will go ahead and get everything coated. Im already into my Z31 project waist deep. No need in holding out, just go all out.
My block (vg33), Ross custom pistons,Manley piston rods, and vg33 crankshaft are all in the machine shop, for machining,balancing and polishing.
I found a place on the internet Swain Tech Coating. Im getting impatience my stuff been sitting on the floor in the machine shop for 2 monthes. He
said 2-3 weeks? How is that 72mm Turbonectics doing?
