Quick question, will an 87t ecu work in my 86t car? I've read that both are for titania o2 sensors and low impedance injectors, so it should work fine right? I can find 87t ecus but not any 86t's.

Yes, it should work. I've seen people mentioning using 87T ECUs on their 84T and 85T cars. http://www.redz31.net/pages/fuel.html
