So I'm swapping an ls1 into my 87 300zx and the last things need are the drive shaft and a new rear end. I want to know how much torque the z31 vlsd can handle

The problem is not the r200 is the axles.i have seen 240z with big v8ts on them with the r200 not sure what axles they were using but I'm sure not stock.

Any idea what numbers z31 guys are running on stock rear ends and axles

I've read folks start having issues with the axle stubs around 500 torque

If NA, your LS will never break anything in the Z31 drivetrain.

It took 25psi at 627rwhp 603rwtq to twist my axle stubs.
A NA ls1 will not do anything to the z31 rear end and stuff.
