I have j30/z31 hybrid t-t axles that are going in my 87. How much of this positioning spring can I cut?

Nnever mind. I got them to fit. I had to put the wheel side in first then bring the diff side down from above the flange at an angle. Very tight fit, I'm a little worried about them binding up when the suspension is compressed.

You should check for binding when the shafts are parrellel to the ground.

Yeah I'm going to jack up on the control arm and spin the wheel. I would hate to hit a bump and blow up one of my new joints. Thanks
