Why do you need to replace the z31 D for the pathy d while doing the intake plenum swap. I read the how-to but it never says why you have to and i dont see why the stock z31 D wouldnt work.

on z31 the plug wires come off the sides.

on pathy they come off the top.

i think.

If you really have to use the Z31 dizzy, you can trim the plug connection down to clear the manifold.(not reccomennded.) IIRC you can use a maxima cap or something that will work with the Z31 dizzy and the pathfinder manifold. someone chip in if Im wrong.
