So I bought a quest alternator forever ago and just recently installed it now when the car was running I noticed my injectors were clicking loudly which I had never heard before and my wiper motor smoked a bit and now doesn't work properly do I have the wrong alt or is the output too high?

no, the voltage regulator on the alternator is most likely pooched.
on my old alternator i saw 18 volts and pretty sure i fried a lot of things. car hasnt run the same since, but i'll be replacing both harnesses in the new year.

da** it so if it fried the injectors can I replace just the injectors and alternator or do I need to replace the wiring as well? thanks!
