I have a Z32 pump on my 84T, and I'm wondering would that cause a stock computer to send too much fuel at the low end?

No.
It would have 0 effect on the ECU's map or "control" of fuel delivery. However, depending on what fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator, your injectors could very well be seeing more than the base fuel pressure which would cause a rich condition across the powerband.
