So I don't ask for help very often but I did some searching and have not found an answer.

The instrument cluster illumination is dark. I swapped the switch from the parts car but it may be bad.

Is there a fuse or relay for the speedo/tach lighting? All the warning lights come on just no lights for the gauges with the lights on at night

Not 100% but everything in my 85 that comes on with the parking light switch is red wire with a green tracer.

intermittent wiper function is working. I'm going to check the dash harness connections next.
