Heyo,

Kinda dumb question about rear shocks. So my rears are bad and I merely want to replace them with some like KYBs or something till I can afford proper setup. Do I need to change the shock mount or will it be okay for a while? Also I need the adapter kit right? Sorry I'm new to the vehicle. Thanks!

Buy some Bilstein HD's or something designed for your vehicle and you don't need to do a thing.

I have yet to need a "kit" to replace the rear shocks. Tokico blues, or KYB's should do you just fine. just do one at a time, and pay attention to how the top is assembled.

Bilstein's are the least "affordable" of the stock replacement struts/shocks… tokico hp should do you fine
