Hey guys, im trying to check the ignition timing on my z, its an 86t and has an early 87 crank pulley with different marks on the crank.(for using a titan alternator with the a/b series engine) the timing cover with the pointer is from my stock 86 stuff. is the 87 one in a different spot? the timing doesnt even show in the marks. the marks end up around 10 o clock on the pulley.

any help would be great. thanks.

your further most LEFT mark is 0° each mark is a 5° BTDC increment.

If they don't line up you're ether not near TDC or your timing is off.

probably 180 out. 2 crank revolutions for 1 cam revolution.
