I need to replace the cams in the vg33 with ones fron the vg30 now the guy I bought my vg30 from said he replaced the cams (mild regrind), schneider springs, and vales (3 grind valves) as well as redoing the valve seats can I use those or should I just get some oem ones? not too farmiliar with regrinds thanks!

You can use them, but you will need to have the valve seats in the 33 head cut for the 3 angle job.

info on the differences? AllData listed them as the same, that's why i ask

When you do a 3 angle valve cut the seat also needs to be cut for the 3 angle job. since his 33 heads are stock they have the stock angles cut into them.
