So basically ive been having a problem ever since i got my car started again about 1 month ago. so i first figured out that it would start to miss after it would warm up or after like 5 minutes. it misses when it idles and when it takes off in low rpms. next is that right when you get into boost it starts to miss, and the higher you get into boost the more it will misfire. black smoke also spits out of the exhaust when missing in boost.

ive replaced the plugs, wires, tps, and maf.

Sounds like a vacuum/boost leak. Check everywhere it might leak.
