Do you have a digital dash? If so, does your digital dash come on? If not then it may be a fusable link by the battery. Those burn up from time to time and you have to replace them. This could be your problem wether you have digi dash or not though.

I agree on the fusible link. Start checking wiring, as it could be a relay. It should be fairly easy to figure out.

did you verify the ignition switch is working correctly and the harness supplying power to the ecu is actually "live"

There is a brown ignition relay above the fuse block in the driver side interior.

someone up here is throwing a vg30de into his hardbody, he hasn't decided to turbo it yet last I heard though, still 220hp ain't shabby
