Black$300ZX: (2020-03-28 02:13:48)

Just finished rebuilding our engine, had a broken timing belt and some valves had tapped. Replaced all that yadda yadda, we’ve got her all ready to fire, and we crank it and nothing. We checked the ECCS and it blinked code 11. We’ve attempted diagnosing the wiring harness, and it seems like there is no continuity between the crank angle sensor and ECU, but we also aren’t certain of our testing methods. We are going to dissect the wiring harness and give a full run down of everything and check all connections all the way back.

Check the wiring in the harness that plugs into the CAS itself. Usually when an issue presents itself, it is either a dead CAS or the subharness has an internal break.
