Coming home from work Saturday, I went to normally shift into 4th gear and it felt like nothing was there. to further that, when i released the clutch to go to 4th the engine free revved. 1rst 2nd 3rd and 5th are still there, what the Heck happened to 4th? and how hard is it to fix?

pull trans, take apart, see what is going on with the gear sets etc.
