So I'm super excited that my project will soon be finished. A friend is putting in a cage, seats, harnesses, etc. See unfinished thread here.

Because of intercooler pipe routing and my goofy ass thinking that a MR2 electric PS pump would work, I now have to use an aftermarket/custom pump application.

I need advice as to what pump to use. Something to note, I may be putting a 1.5/1 steering quickener on the car to help in drifting. Demand on the pump may be higher than what the stock pump could handle. Fabrication is not an issue. Primary usE is auto-x and drifting. Small amounts of Street driving here and there.

There is no bolt on option that anyone is most likely going to know about, at this point youre going to have to experiment and build a custom bracket. or just suck it up and rebuild the intercooler piping which would be about 100x easier.

What about electric steering? Used on a lot of late model cars so get a used one from your friendly wrecker, I can't suggest a donor car because I'm unfamiliar with Murrican cars. Obviously some tech work involved unless you can find someone offering a kit for the Z31 eg kits are available for S30 Z cars.
