I'm going NA to turbo and I'm looking at wanting to do a t3 turbo. All kits I'm finding are on eBay and are hybrid kits. I was wondering if I did get a hybrid turbo kit if I could have the turbo itself rebuild to handle higher psi. If anyone has a good site for turbo kits they recommend or any suggestions let me know. Thanks in advance

with those questions I suggest you read maximum boost by corky bell and research how turbos work.

First mistake is looking on eBay for a turbo. 99% of what you'll find there is junk.

What are your goals? If it's nothing crazy, best bet would probably be either a Holset or having your stock turbo upgraded.
