The Cat on my 86 Turbo (Automatic) is wasted. I am thinking of just replacing the exhaust from the Cat back. As it is a Turbo what is the best buy for performance and noise as I use it for Track and Street.

Just get a cm performance turbo back exhaust their like 600 with a cat.

Buy an aftermarket high flow converter and add it to MSA exhaust. Should be your best bang for the buck for a catback exhaust + converter.

Or skip the cat completely and go with a test pipe.
