What Nistune board will be best for my 85 n/a and how would it be installed.

86-89 ECUs are preferrable for Nistune. Check the table for matching injector impedance and O2 sensor:

Look for the latest years that match these two.

Nistune website has an installation guide to give you an idea how it's done.
