Googling shows that it could be for an RB20DET. Can anyone confirm what this MAF is?

Seems so, why are you interested in it? Unless you had a 2L that would be easy to max out

I bought it off eBay. It was advertised as a Z31 MAF.

Could be, RB20DET & VG20ET
