So my engine beat the main bearings out if it.

While i have it out and on the stand are there any cheap but effective power add ons?

Injectors? Throttle Body? Mechanical Boost Controller?

Also does anyone know if there is a company that makes a high volume oil pump for the turbo engine?

There are many, cheap is relative to the deals you can find. Do some searching for more info.
