so i tried hooking up my blaupunkt orlando cd72 and i hooked up all the wires but no sound comes out does anyone know why? the stereo lights up and shows that its playing its just no sound.

What year model. Did u use a harness…most of the time if you use a harness the speakers wiring isn't right. Its either you have to run lines to the rear speakers or all 4…
Did you have something in there before you installed the radio to confirm that everything worked?

85 300zx n/a. Yes. The stereo works, it's something to do with my car because i bought all new speakers so its not the speakers.

no i figured it out i have to bypass my external amp because my aftermarket stereo has a amp already in it and you cant run an amp to a amp
