Im having issues uploading an avatar pic from my iphone 4s. Ill click on file and choose what pic i want to add, then it would say pic needs to be between 0-19 kib. And this is just me trying to choose a pic from my phones pic gallery =( someone help please?

You need to resize it first. Your phone should have that capability.

There are apps for image manipulation for the iphone.
Or you could upload it to imgur.com and have it hosted there.
They have tools to resize it. Once it's resized, put the link to
it in your avatar "upload from a url" box.
