I figured that the few of us who happen to live in or near central Alberta should have a Z car meet. I dont know who is in/from the area, I also dont know where and when a meet should take place; I need to know who is around and what days are easiest for them to make it to a meet.
If anyone happens to see this and knows of anyone with a Z car in Alberta; please PM me their username so I can contact them.

If your thinking central Alberta then probably the only place to meet would be Red Deer, were you thinking of Calgary, Edmonton and everything in-between?

i vote we all pick a nice weekend, and go camping for a Z meet. meet up in red deer cruise for a bit, then head to a camp site… i figure gull cause of the private beachs!!!

I think July would probably work for me. If my Z isnt on the road by July it probably wont ever be.

so i was rippin around red deer today, and i saw a shiro… i followed him and just wanted to see if he wanted parts from my parts car. if i get his number if he calls i will tell him about the meet, but the shiro was #79 or something… was in awesome shape but it needs engine work. hopefully he comes around! i told him to pop onto the forums

I know this thread is old as balls lol, but i think this meet should happen this summer since we were all too lame to get together last year. We've all had a winter to get our sh!t done so now we should make this happen! lol and ive seen a few more alberta members join lately and it looks like a good bunch!

Anyone interested in trying to set something up in the next month or so? I'm home for April 19-22 and May 3-6 and it'd be cool to meet some actual Z31 enthusiasts… so far I've met only two Z31 owners in Calgary. One was some kid with an 84T junkyard special (no exhaust, no dash/stereo/climate controls, three different wheel/tire sizes, more Bondo than sheetmetal, etc.) and the other was some old dude with an admittedly nicely-maintained 85NA, except he put 70-series tires on his 15" wheels "because they were cheaper than the stock tire size, and I couldn't see any other differences." /facepalm
So yeah, someone please rescue me from meeting shitty Z owners.

I really need to get on here more lol. it was ok, it was all z33, z34, G's. I was the only z31, but there was a z32 and a buddy brought an old 280Z that we call the deathson..
