I made a post in the Want to Buy forum, however it said it needs approved by a moderator. This was yesterday. Has anyone seen my post, or was it some sort of internal error?

Mine said the same a couple weeks ago. Looks like a moderator has to approve it. Most likely in the range of 24 hours or so - about how long it took for mine to post up.
I'm sure it's mostly to make sure that ads are posted in the correct format with all the preferred information.

I am not sure what happened to it
But just make sure it meets all the guidelines for posting.
