Hi Everyone,

So I had changed my timing belt and have been having issues with noise. I can get the belt to sound fine without the covers on. Then once i put the lower on it sounds fine until I torque crank. Then i get the noise in the video. Car sounds fine at idle but once you rev it you get the whining noise. I have right around 1/2 inch deflection

'''Dunkine:''' (2018-01-22 18:10:47)

Did you measure the deflection with the crank tight? Back the tensioner off a little and see if it goes away.

----
'''Timbo_021:''' (2018-02-10 07:35:33)

That belt looks as tight as a nuns cunt. Should be more around 15-20mm deflection when cold. As it warms up it will tighten up.
