I can get the belt to sound fine without the covers on. Then once i put the lower on it sounds fine until I torque crank. Then i get the noise in the video. Car sounds fine at idle but once you rev it you get the whining noise. Should be more around 15-20mm deflection when cold. As it warms up it will tighten up.</div>
