I bought my car from this guy and told him my plan about forged internals. He then goes off and tells me that z31 internals are rated to be around 600 hp and that z32 internals will fit in the z31. Can anyone shine any light on these theories?

I'm not sure on the 600hp number, but he's partially correct about the Z32 parts. Z32 rods and pistons will fit a Z31 crank and block. Can't use a Z32 crank though.
