You can use a photobucket link to direct it to the full size pic. As far as uploading them to the site I dont know. Sure someone will chime in.

i find the easiest and fastest way to resize pictures for posting on here is to use a screenshot tool that automatically uploads to imgur.com.

you just use the windows image preview app and use the + / - controls to enlarge or reduce the size, and then take a screenshot of whats on your screen and the URL is copied to your clipboard automatically.
