=== F.M.V.S.S. Certification Plate === Below are examples of the F.M.V.S.S (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) certification plates found on the S130. This part specifies the content, location, and other requirements for the label or tag to be affixed to motor vehicles and items of motor vehicle equipment manufactured after August 31, 1969. It provides consumers with information about applicable safety standards and the vehicle's date of manufacture.
